FAQ

Do you help with visas and travel documents?

Yes. Our International Patient Office guides you through visa steps and coordinates flights, transfers, and accommodation around your treatment plan.

How do you choose a hospital and specialist?

We review your medical summary, imaging, and goals, then match you to departments and hospitals where those services are routinely delivered at high volume.

Is care available in English, Arabic, or Russian?

We coordinate interpreters and bilingual coordinators. Hospital teams commonly support English; Arabic and Russian assistance is arranged as needed.

What is included in a treatment estimate?

Estimates typically summarize expected hospital fees, surgeon/anesthesia fees where applicable, and length of stay. Travel and lodging are quoted separately unless bundled.

How soon can I travel after surgery?

It depends on the procedure and your doctor's clearance. We never advise flying against medical recommendations and we build buffer days when needed.
